  • Seller’s Warranty: In cases where Avertec Sdn Bhd offers a warranty directly, we guarantee that the product is free from defects in materials or workmanship for a specified period.

Our warranties typically cover:

  • Defects in Material or Workmanship: If the product is found to be defective due to faulty manufacturing or materials during the warranty period.
  • Parts Replacement: If applicable, we will replace defective parts of the product that fall under the warranty coverage.

Please note, warranty coverage is limited to the original purchaser and is not transferable to other parties.

3. Warranty Period

The warranty period for products sold by Avertec Sdn Bhd begins on the date of purchase and varies based on the type of product.

  • General Warranty Period: Unless otherwise specified on the product page or in the product documentation, most of our products are covered by a warranty period of [12 months] from the date of purchase.

  • Extended Warranty Options: Certain products may be eligible for extended warranties or additional coverage, depending on the manufacturer. These will be specified at the time of purchase or in the product details.

4. Exclusions from Warranty

The following situations are typically not covered under the warranty:

5. How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product is defective and falls under warranty coverage, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide Proof of Purchase: To process your warranty claim, you will need to provide proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation email or invoice.
  3. Submit Supporting Documentation: You may be asked to provide photos or videos of the defect and the serial number (if applicable) of the product.
  4. Return Instructions: If your warranty claim is approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the product. Depending on the product and manufacturer, you may be asked to return it for inspection or repair, or we may offer a replacement.
  5. Repair or Replacement: If the product is determined to be defective under warranty, we will repair it or offer a replacement at no charge to you. In certain cases, we may issue a refund if repair or replacement is not feasible.

6. Limitations of Liability

Our liability under this warranty is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the purchase price of the defective product. We do not cover any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product, including lost profits, business interruption, or damage to property.
