Shipping & Delivery Policy

We provide delivery services within Malaysia only, including Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak.

Order Processing

  • Orders will be processed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Order processing time does not include delivery time.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Peninsular Malaysia: 3–6 working days
  • Sabah & Sarawak: 15–30 working days

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on delivery location, logistics arrangement, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Method

  • Deliveries are arranged using our own fleet lorries and/or third-party courier or logistics providers, primarily via lorry transportation.
  • Tracking information will be provided where applicable.

Delivery & Inspection

  • Customers are advised to inspect the goods immediately upon delivery.
  • If the packaging is damaged, opened, or appears abnormal, please notify the delivery personnel before accepting the goods.
  • Any damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported to us within 3 working days from the delivery date, together with supporting photos or videos.
  • Signing the delivery acknowledgement confirms that the goods were received in acceptable condition.

Delivery Remarks (Large Equipment)

Due to the large size and weight of our equipment, delivery may require additional time to arrange and complete.

  • Most deliveries are carried out using lorry transport due to equipment dimensions.
  • Delivery schedules may be affected by route planning, vehicle availability, and site accessibility.
  • Certain equipment may require the customer to prepare a forklift or suitable unloading equipment at the delivery location.
  • Please inform us in advance if unloading assistance or special delivery arrangements are required.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly communicated before checkout or confirmed prior to order processing.
  • Additional charges may apply for special handling, bulky items, or deliveries to remote or restricted areas.

Failed or Delayed Delivery

  • If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address, site inaccessibility, or unavailability of the recipient, re-delivery charges may apply.
  • While we are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, we will assist in following up with the logistics provider where possible.
