Avertec Online offers a Buy Back Guarantee for selected products, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below. This programme is designed to provide customers with added confidence and flexibility when purchasing eligible equipment.

Eligibility

• The Buy Back Guarantee applies only to selected products that are clearly stated as eligible at the time of purchase.
• Products must be purchased directly from www.averteconline.com.my.
• The Buy Back Guarantee is valid for a specified period (e.g. 12 months), as stated at the time of purchase.
• Products must be in good working condition, complete, and free from major damage beyond normal wear and tear.

Conditions

To qualify for the Buy Back Guarantee:

• The equipment must be regularly serviced and maintained by Avertec in accordance with the recommended service schedule.
• The equipment must not have been:
  • Modified or altered
  • Repaired or serviced by unauthorised parties
  • Used beyond its rated capacity or outside its intended application
• All major components, serial numbers, and identification plates must be intact and clearly readable.

Buy Back Valuation

• The buy back value will be determined by Avertec based on:
  • Product model and age
  • Operating condition and service history
  • Overall physical condition
  • Current market value at the time of evaluation
• Buy back values are not fixed and are subject to inspection and assessment.

Buy Back Procedure

1. Contact our service team via service@avertec.com.my with:
   • Order or invoice number
   • Product model and serial number
   • Recent photos or videos showing the equipment condition
2. Our team will review the request and provide a buy back assessment within 5 working days.
3. If the offer is accepted, arrangements for inspection, logistics, and payment will be confirmed.

Inspection & Return Location

• The equipment may be required to be returned or delivered to our factory for inspection:

• The Buy Back Guarantee is a commercial programme and does not constitute a refund, exchange, or trade-in unless expressly agreed in writing.
