Return & Exchange Policy

We aim to ensure customer satisfaction while complying with Malaysian consumer protection laws.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be returned in:
    • Original, unused condition
    • Original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless proven to be defective or incorrectly supplied:

  • Custom-made, special-order, or modified products
  • Clearance, promotional, or sale items
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, installation errors, or negligence
  • Products that have been altered, repaired, or disassembled by unauthorised parties

Return & Exchange Procedure

  1. Contact our customer service team within the return period with your order number and reason for return or exchange via service@avertec.com.my.
  2. Provide photos or videos showing the condition of the product (mandatory for damaged or incorrect items).
  3. Upon approval, return instructions will be provided.
  4. The product must be delivered back to our factory address stated below for inspection and verification:

  1. Returned items will be inspected upon receipt before approval is confirmed.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing time is 7–14 working days after the returned item has been received at our factory and inspected.
  • Shipping, handling, and delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or product defect.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • Replacement items will be dispatched only after the returned product has been received at our factory and approved.
  • Any price difference will be communicated prior to dispatch.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return delivery to our factory address shall be borne by the customer, unless:
    • The item is defective
    • The item was damaged during delivery
    • The item was incorrectly supplied by us
  • For approved cases due to our error, return shipping costs will be covered by us.

Important Notes

  • Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
  • We reserve the right to reject any return or exchange that does not comply with the above conditions.
  • This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 (Malaysia).
