- Email us with the details of the defect: include the type of equipment, the nature of the damage, and, if possible, a photo.
- We will get in touch with you and send a repair proposal.
- We will arrange transportation for the equipment.
B. Service for “Large” Handling Equipment
We are fully equipped to serve you with our dedicated team of technicians. We offer handling equipment service across the Klang Valley area, providing both warranty and post-warranty service for machines we sell. Additionally, we provide regular service for nearly all brands on the market.
Our service includes:
- A fully equipped service fleet with state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment.
- Professionally trained experts who handle repairs at your location, as well as larger repairs and general overhauls at our workshop.
- We also arrange transportation for malfunctioning equipment and, if needed, offer a replacement truck during the repair period at favorable terms.
